Bethel Youth Soccer Association Fall 2010 Registration

· June 5^th & July 10^th – In-Person Registrations, 10am-2pm at Bethel-Tate Middle School.

· July 10^th – All registrations, fees, and medical forms are due for returning players.

· July 17th – Team Draw.

· August 28^th– Season begins for all ages.

Special Requests:

Special requests are to be submitted in writing with the players registration form. Special requests must meet the criteria of the CCSA Bylaws. Please note that any returning player that has not been with a team for two consecutive years is eligible to be placed on a different team and any returning player that is not registered before July 17th is eligible to be placed on a different team.

If this is your child’s first year with our organization a copy of his/her birth certificate is required to play!

Age Brackets:

The age brackets below are determined by the date of birth. Four and five year olds play together in U6. This bracket is also COED and will play 8 games, mostly on Saturday. Thirteen and fourteen year olds play together in the U14 age bracket. U7 and up will play 10 games in the regular season and have the option of playing in the post-season tournaments (the number of games depends on the number of teams participating).

Please contact one of the following BYSA representatives with questions you may have. Any of these BYSA members can be contacted to accept player registrations after July 10^th until July 31^st. Prior to July 10^th, please register at one of our in-person registration or mail to the address below. All player registrations after July 31^st must go to and be approved by the District Rep and/ or the CCSA. No additional registrations will be considered after August 6^th.
