CCSA Meeting Minutes January 12, 2009 Attendees: Eric Brink, Lisa Bourque, Tim Hart, Carrie White, Maria Carmosino, BJ Sauter, Tammy Smith, Chris Norber, Kasey Baker, Rhonda Bockman, Debbie Burns, Jeff Scheadler, Dwight Dowd, Bob Galvin Secretary’s Report: Minutes were read from November meeting with no changes. Treasurer’s Report: Fall fees still owed: Amelia: $2,975 (maybe); CNE: $1,633.50 Owe for ref fees for clinics: CNE: $140; Felicity: $60; Batavia: $160; Amelia: $20 Tammy will bring the 2009 budget to the February meeting. Dir of Referee: No Updates Tournament Committee: Eric gave letters to Tina to send. Tina was not at the meeting to confirm and no other details were brought to the meeting. Director of Scheduling: Need to have field information and availability before fall season begins in order to accommodate everyones schedules. VP Report: Not present. Presidents Report: Carrie needs copies of by-laws for everyone except Amelia, Blanchester, New Richmond and Felicity. Everyone on the board needs to fill out a risk management form and bring a copy to Carrie. Ref Coordinators need to give their information to Tim as soon as possible. New Business: Elections: Eric won’t know if he will be staying until February or March. Insurance Information: If anyone needs a copy, let Carrie know. BJ Sauter is the new Batavia Rep. There are extra trophies and t-shirts. Amelia needs two trophies as their old ones stated Finalists not Champions. Tammy needs a youth 1st place t-shirt. We still need volunteers for the tournament committee. Look at the rule book and bring changes to February meeting. Tabled the 2009 calendar until February. Tabled the clinic and meeting place discussion until February. Spring Soccer: We need a spring soccer committee in order for each district to participate. Tim, Carrie, Debbie, Rhonda and Jeff volunteered to be on the committee. The committee will meet and bring details to the February meeting. MEETING ENDED 8:40 p.m. |
